outside of malfunctions in the equipment yes you can eliminate rng in many sports
esports can have literally 0 rng outside of equipment in all games by simply removing any rng factors
example:
there is zero rng in an in door tennis match, everything is decided by physics and choices that the players make, there is no random wind factor which would also technically not be rng since thats fucking physics too but outside the scope of real time prediction given the available resources during a match
csgo has random spawns which can be abused by leaving and joining the server, it has first bullet inaccuracy that means a perfectly aimed shot can miss at a reasonable distance
the ak has so much inaccuracy of the first shot that from car mid doors on d2 you can miss like half way up cat
