He hits level 20 at the point when you're done most of the game, so whatever.

Here's a concept

Skill upgrading. Units with Defiant skills can upgrade them to Brazen, while units with single stat boosts can upgrade them to dual stats. They wouldn't do this all at once, just certain skills at a time, starting with the dual stats. Then the Defiant skills, then Blow skills (so Armored can be Sturdy or Steady or Bracing) and so on.

I'm having some problems deciding what to invest on. How do you usually rank these factors when deciding to invest on a unit?
Rank on the tier list, Availability of necessary fodder, Cuteness, Team synergy, IVs.
I have a bunch of units which seem to be decent, but few fodder and no idea on who to start with.
