Moji being able to keep his speed while scampering is a glitch and will get fixed eventually. It's a lot harder to do in normal matches as well.
Also speed bonuses from different sources suffer from heavy diminishing returns so not having nimble 3 doesn't make much of a diference.
I want to try Moji. Any tips?

I think the amount of bunny hops you can perform is partially dependent on your ping. On PTS I can get barely one or two since the ping is awful.
Hold down both mouse buttons, run away if people look at you.
You will use 2 legendaries only the AoE one and Toot, depending on the map and your team comp. Attack, always hold on to your shield because it lasts the full duration so it can sometimes just get you in a worse situation, and have the lowest possible cooldown on Scamper so you can run behind cover because you get melted easily.

Don’t misten to the other user. Nimble is the superior yellow item. When you ult you want to be able to catch your prey. It’s 5x easier with Nimble.
I used to use Chronos but now I only go Nimble. The difference in gameplay is enormous.
It is unfortunate, but it appears as though as long as we love each other, there will exist enemies attempting to break this love.
The good news is that, unfortunately for all of them, our love is unwavering by nature. It cannot be deviated, it cannot be affected by anything or anyone. Do not listen to any claim contrary to that.

My biggest problem with this game is the indifference toward people's attitude about the changes.
The trash fire known as card unbound wouldn't have happened if the attitude of "Well why aren't you doing better in this trash fire? We gave you shit, spin it into gold" wasn't there.
