So far I found that >pay 8000 to fight Don Tonberry >two characters have Overdrive->AP >one character gets an OD charge when the friend takes damage, the other gets a OD charge when they take damage >the one with more kills attacks the enemy, gets KOd with 50000+ damage >revive >repeat They both get a shitton of AP this way.
