What's a good team to fight a A16/Yam/Tein team?
I've been playing A.Gohn/Cell/GokuB but it feels like I don't have good tools to punish A16.

Gohan and Cell are fine against 16.

Needs more beams.

I need some advice. I'm trying out a new team with all characters I am unfamiliar with. T.Gohan/Piccolo/Frieza. I really like Piccolo; T.Gohan is fun, but he feels awkward to play; Frieza is a placeholder, I wanted to play him for a while but he doesn't feel right on this team. All three seem really meter hungry. Any advice on T.Gohan, Piccolo, and Frieza or a better third is much appreciative.

My two other teams are Nappa/16/Vegeta and Trunks/Tien/Yamcha.

I don't think you understand, if you kill your opponents last character you win the game.
Landing a hit with Tien leads to killing a character once you have many meters.
Like if he is the last character on your team.

16 is already on one of my teams. I'm trying to only use new characters. I do like Frieza as anchor, but his assist doesn't do much for me and Piccolo and T.Gohan suck out all his meter.

I would love to know your threat level and rank because you have no idea what you're talking about. Having your anchor do damage to himself lessens your chances of a comeback. Especially since most players will save their sparking blast for their last character, it's suicide for Tien to use his level 3 against a sparking blast character. Also Tien cannot cash out his meter if he doesn't have enough health to sacrifice.

Tien's level 3 absolutely not worth using if
1.) he's your last character left but your opponent has more than one character left
2.) you're not 10000000% sure that the super will finish them off completely

If it doesn't kill them in one go, it may turn into an absolute waste because they have blue health and you're just completely shafted and out of meter. The only other possible scenario where I can see it being worth it is if you just can't deal with one of your opponent's characters and don't mind sacrificing 1 for 1. But even in that case, you still need lots of meter, you need >90% health and they need

Shin Kikoho is absolute shit beyond 4 bars (two blasts). The main draw for his supers is the high minimum damage, making them good enders. Goodbye Tien is leagues better.

His strength lies elsewhere, generally in how good an all rounder he is - especially if you follow the SonicFox mindset.

are there any tips for handling characters who constantly go on the offensive, such as 16 and ssj goku? the best i've come up with is to distance myself with hit and that works until they get close and destroy him.
