Quick's whole point is crit stars but they aren't even the best users of it. Buster crits are better. One could make a case of quick cards being support to strengthen buster but they are made nigh obsolete with plenty of ways to get critical stars outside of quick cards.

Of course they'd have to rework the percentage of every quick NP though.
