Fir takes a lot of investment to make usable. Your IV's for her are one of the best ones (she gets a +4 atk boon at 5*). If you are not willing to invest a lot of resources to give her what she needs, you should not expect good results. Even then, other red swords can do the same as she can or better with the same amount of investment.

Legendary Ike has served me extremely well, I even did the most recent GHB with him and used him to feed my piece of shit alfonse an arvis kill on his infernal. I dont think he is a god tier S+ unit by any means but I dont think he is underwhelming or shit either
