DH has more niche uses in looping another time and dealing with huntress/nurse. Balanced Landing is the worst in that there are some maps that it just can't work on.

I had noticed this same problem yesterday. I switched the jake after 3 games of depipping as nea, despite having the exact perk set up as before & i was mostly ignored.

Chasing a single survivor for 3+ gens and continuing to chase even if there are no gens in that area. Punishing survivors for farming teammates or making bad plays isn't tunneling.

New user interjecting: I would define tunneling as "maintaining a chase to the point where it becomes detrimental to your odds of victory." Obviously that's a rather vague description, but the concept itself is heavily open to interpretation. SWF, Ruin, hooks remaining for your target, the sunk cost fallacy and more all play a role in what is or isn't tunneling. As a rule of thumb, I would suggest that if you get to the point of actively thinking "this chase is taking too fucking long", then consider dropping it to go check the gens.
