And if it's equal it will be an insult to anyone who got a Diamond weapon when you could get the same ilvl using Diadem 3 and invalidate the next 24-man raid as catch up content before it's even out

At no point in the Anima weapon did you learn something, you literally just spammed content you couldn't wipe on and didn't even need to fall in line with a weekly lockout. If you go 8 weeks without a Diamond weapon, that is 8 weeks of being stuck behind a weekly lockout, not including however long it took your group to actually learn the fight.

Relic Weapons should absolutely be better than the current raid weapon during odd patch steps.

No they shouldn't. You literally spammed 4 man dungeons for the tomes, then obsolete A1S for the light, then a victory lap of Hard primals for the final stage. You could speedrun the quickest dungeon of the tier mindlessly and be done with the step, and use blue gathering scrips for the sands. That never should have been even equal to having to learn Midas, or even Creator, and it certainly shouldn't be equal to Sigma when this moutjhbreathing playerbase STILL eats missiles on 7S and gets fucking Trined in 8S.
