I don't watch any streamers but if you wanted to get me to jump over and watch you, I like seeing people who have good chemistry with the people they're playing with
The Paladins streamers I've seen (and keep in mind this is maybe an hour each since I just watch them when I have nothing else to do) are Joshino, Kusqt, Fey, Kami, Pretty Hair, hyugabb and Pixie out of those Pixie is probably the one I would watch the least.
Not out of any disdain from her but becuase I don't find her that interesting
I can't really learn from watching her like I can with those others (and in Hyugabb's and Fey's case I just love those accents)

I doubt you could get the numbers or fame Pixie has though since she was an employee of Hi-Rez, That's why she's well known here.

She doesn't stream often enough yet to build that chemistry imo. Everyone's different when watching streams, some watch purely to learn from someone or simply by finding the person fun to watch. There are definitely some dull moments from watching pixie, but overall she can actually be very funny and enjoying to watch. What makes her different is she actually engages more with her chat and is more relatable. She's also genuine and doesn't seem fake, despite of course the makeup (but almost every female wears make up). She's just an acquired taste I think, and the hate she gets is understandable given her popularity, even though it's unnecessary, but I doubt she gives a shit about what people say about her at this point.
