The reason is the energy bar down there in the right corner, once it hit 0 you can't enter dungeons anymore and the only open world map is lv 55

You get a welfare 100 energy instant recovery item every day and just doing dungeons or repetable quests you should drop enough premium currency to buy other vitamin packs, of course energy reset daily too and if you are at 0 you can always do Steel Grave special dungeon, which drops recipes and materials to craft the basic set for be endgame viable(raids and open world PvP)

Is there anything to do besides raids, dungeons, and pvp?

In SoulWorker you have 200 energy everyday but i end up using easy 400 with just the daily free welfare recharger and 1-2 mat
It's just a matter of knowing how to optimize the consume
