They're already in the mini guides. The guidebook is just all of those mini guides collected in one book. Usually there are some extra stuff in there like more art and info from the dev team but all the stuff that will be in it regarding the mechanics are already out.

The miniguides are just all the information from the big guidebook cut up into different chunks. They've literally done this since Monster Hunter Dos.

Oh no, I learned my lesson long ago. Unless I'm playing with you glorious bastards it's strictly solo, no fucking randos. And I less I'm going ranged, it's lance all the way for him solo, high poke can get the chest, and in some animations I can do the charge for 8 - 10 ticks of damage before he moves. The worst is when I don't pace myself and sever the tail before he changes to the second area, then I don't have time to carve the second time off it.

It's actually never going to happen but i really, really wish they let us import our console saves into the PC version when it comes out
