that's the fail evo for that group... like that set's numemon equivalent. You get it by training too little and with I think more than ~4 care mistakes.
The good news is that it can still become arcadiamon perfect. Care mistakes reset upon evolution so you just need to battle a lot (and I mean a lot) and make sure not to let care mistakes go higher than 4 again
