Is this game worth getting into? I played the trial back in Cataclysm but never got further than that.

It seems fun but apparently the leveling is a long, tedious grind and endgame is where the game begins. Should I give it a shot or stay away?

Currently one working at full regime (LF missions done, doing 1750+ gold missions and 9 BoS missions), three getting there soonish and another three level 100s ready to level up via invasions and start the Argus questline.
The mission board becomes notably profitable as soon as you are done with the first part of the Argus campaign, as you will start getting ilvl 900 missions which reward 600-700 + 1500 bonus gold. I don't know how profitable is it exactly because I didn't record the frequency with which gold and BoS missions show up.
Also I'm afraid BoS missions will become much less profitable in hte next weeks because people are already getting tired of buying consumables for raids.
