Not necessarily. You'll notice his predicted increases for this round is way less than his actual increase two rounds ago. He could very well overshoot by a ton, giving Celica two back-to-back bonuses or, more likely, a bonus and then a Same with her in the lead.

Of course, neither scenario is too likely, but I'd wait until after this round to see.
