I would like to ask if anyone else has this problem right off the bat, as I've only asked a couple of people about this so it could be an isolated incident. I would also apologize in advance of this was brought up before, however when I searched the subreddit earlier, I could not find a single thread talking about this.
Hi everyone. So when A2 got her hotfix way back when she was released to allow Offensive Heal Combo (OHC) to chain with itself, a Dual Wielding A2 had the potential to reach an uninterrupted 55 chain just from chaining with another A2. However I've noticed recently that no matter what I do I can't get A2 to perform a 55 OHC chain when chaining with another A2.
From what I recall, the way OHC worked if you timed it properly was that the two A2's would kick the chain to around 27. At this point there is a brief pause during her second lunge before it continues from 28-55. But now when she reaches 27 the delay during her second lunge in between the two OHC's is long enough to cut the attack into two separate 27 chains. This delay is evident regardless of how fast or slow I try to chain OHC, even if it get a perfect spark chain it will still break in the middle.
The thing is, besides her chain breaking halfway A2 is still a perfectly serviceable attacker. Her two 27 chains are consistent in their timing and line up perfectly fine ( I'm assuming using positions 4/6 in most cases) It is also possible to "fix" her chain of you combine two A2's chaining OHC with something like Orlandu and Dark Veritas chaining Divine Ruination and Dark Punishment which could result in a ridiculous 80+ chain. However for an actual battle you would most likely not have that sort of setup. In most cases someone would use their A2 + a friend's. So does anyone actually know the problem? Is A2's OHC actually bugged? Or was her original 55 chain just an unintended bug?
