>make secondary fire do some CC like slow the longer it's applied to the character instead (kind of like Mei's ice gun from OW but with no freezing)
>give more health

having hybrids is good, there's nothing wrong with Moji.

Warning for Mojis:

Her Toot is bugged right now. I just tested it, and sometimes if you place a Toot right on top of an ally they won't get healed at all.

I think they have to enter inside the Toot - having it placed on top of them won't trigger it.
