People still complaining about Daria need to face facts. She is strong, but not overpowered. There are several decks that can beat her.

The fact that people are complaining about Daria, Sahaquiel, and ETA/BnB means there are several viable decks, in addition to the usual suspects like Eachtar. We also just saw innovation with Dragon aggro, a viable new archetype that uses NONE of the above cards. I understand getting highrolled is frustrating, and saha-isra in every deck is repetitive, but the format is far from stale in my opinion.

The real thing to nerf is Forest which is going to lose only Wolf and remain strong while Rune and Shadow will lose powerful cards. Forest is still going to have B&B, ETA, Le Skill Brambles, Aerin, and Albert.

They seriously intend for dragon to be overpowered, i didn't want to believe it but it's pretty hard to deny at this point when they've had 4 updates tailored to them specifically.

Guys I built a viable Portal deck for dailies.

You need Saha/Isra, Zeus, Baha, and just random stuff like Happy Pig, Hector, and Noah for the sneak finisher.

You don't need any rare Portal cards and can just use core neutral staples from other decks.

Well, of course, Forte is purposely broken minmaxed Dragon lego with the sole purpose of being the ideal midgame Storm finisher, it was objectively the best possible option, but the deck can do well without her.

Given the near absence of Neutral Control decks and Ramp Dragon in Unlimited, it would be pretty absurd to nerf Queen or Sahaquiel at this point. Daria is rotating soon and is pretty fair in Unlimited. I think they made the right decision.

No Siegfried and Forte really hurts it.

Its reduced for each card discarded. Its most bullshit outcome is to play pic related turn 1 with 2 or more Hollow Ones in hand. Pray to RNGesus that you dont discard any Hollow Ones and play all of them on turn 1. Other things you pray you want to discard are creatures that come back straight from the graveyard so the drawback is mitigated. Its the singlemost highrolly high tier deck right now modern MtG

Mine doesn't run CoCK, I put in Shield of Flame instead. Some people think going all in on the 5-6+ drops lynchpins in aggro sword is ok,and I respect that; but sometimes you really have to remove that Yurius or soften the blow made by a Spiderweb Imp
