Using TexTools and Havok SDK, you can easily rip any model, complete with the original badly translated skeleton, textures, and mesh. Results will vary with some of the more extreme cases like Alexander Prime, and Bahamut Prime, but the good majority of the work comes from actually finding what the ID is for the models.
