Some Halo 6 (or even things that could be done in halo 5 still)

Just think, chief canonically could have been getting jerked off during any of the stressful moments of the entire game. He could've been getting a wank while punching Flood Keyes head in, while running from the glassing beam on delta halo, during the warthog run on the ark. I'm sorry. I didn't meant it like he was some huge crybaby, but I just find it odd that he, the streamer, is always the one you can't hear. It has to be intentional.

He's not muting himself. He's using a capture card and having everyone's voices play through the TV. If he wanted to include his voice, he would need to have a second mic recording his voice that would later be mixed in during editing, and not everyone has two mics lying around.

Given the MCC news, I think it's best to delay the MCC Halofest until the patch is released. Join in progress will make things much easier if someone's game crashes halfway through a match. It would be no fair if, for example, a team lost one of their top players midway through a match. If RED & co. want to proceed with it anyway though, I'll still show up.

People need to just make sure they have open NAT

NAT doesn't stop the game from crashing on you in the middle of a game (which has happened to me more than once in customs). And you can't join back in progress in the current state of the MCC.

This never has happened to me before. At times itll freeze for a few seconds. But it was probably 10+ minutes.

While that might not be an issue if the crash happens early in the match, I think a lot of people would be annoyed by having to restart the match, especially if one team was in the lead and the other team overtakes that lead. And we can't call matches early since late-game upsets DO happen (see: Halofest III Strongholds). Overall, I think everyone would have a better experience if we just waited for the update.
