They dont want to finish a whole show and never need to go back to a world. So most likely it will be rotating duel world events. Most likely when we get 5ds it will be 2 events in 2 different worlds so rotating only one world wont get an event.

Seal of Orichalcos is a pretty trash card though. It completely prevents you from summoning monsters from the ExD and that’s a huge minus when we get the good Synchos, XYZs, and hell, even the better Fusions

Cards themselves aren't considered filler. Phoenix Formation and Blue Flame Swordsman come from that arc too and are already in the game. Eventually it will just be added to a pack
