All characters will be customisable like mentors are right now in XV2, but with selection of outfits for everyone.

Yes it requires MASTERY, yes it requires the user to MASTER the form, yes the results of gaining silver hair and ability to attack, defend, and react to the finest degree is the sign of Ultra Instinct at it’s MASTERED state, but it’s still called Ultra Instinct.
You just over complicate things when you push fan terms that aren’t necessary or make sense for the matter. Do you call Super Saiyan without the Ki or stamina drain MASTERED Super Saiyan? No.
There’s Ultra Instinct -Sign-, where the user can defend and react with great reflexes without thought but can’t attack efficiently, and there’s Ultra Instinct, where the user can do all three without trouble.

Again, it’s because fan terms just over complicate things that makes no sense or make it necessary.
