so I want to get into hunting horn, watched a video about it and didnt understand anything.

theres a method to play all of the horns songs at once? why would you do anything else if you can just do that. why are there notes for the different songs at all

Yeah. It makes it much easier to tell how much damage your really doing instead of having kill time guess work.

I like actually being able to immediately see the effect that build changes have on my damage, instead of just getting a feel on it through kill times.

From what I understand if you have we3 and cb3 then criticaleye outpaces attack boost, so switch that over. Though I think the difference is small, I usually just go ab7+we3 then some handicraft and call it a day.

just abuse the fuck out of charge level 2 hammer r2 since you will be mobile the entire time dodging the lightning. he will topple over in no time and you get free big bangs

Why do people neglect Elemental Phials on CB so much?
I just took my Rathalos CB against Vaal Hazak and it absolutely wrecks his shit, I can only imagine a similar situation would happen with the other elemental CBs against their respective monsters.
Plus, Elemental SAED and Discharges in general look pretty.

lucky voucher + food buff + legiana set will get you the gem in quest rewards very easily

Of course it can be improved, but that depends on a million other things. Same for augments, depends on what you want, depends on what you have and are using

Bazel is the best multiplayer horn right? What kind of skills go on a horn set?

Want to get into shotgunning and got a Nerg HBG. Is attack up 5, crit boost 3, WE 3, MM 3, special ammo boost 2 and spread shots a good build? Also running 2 close range mods and a shield.

You can't hit a tail with a hammer for 99% of the monsters hp then cut with a boomerang. All of the part damage to tails has to be cut.

Jesus fuck how do I deal with Vaal Hazak? His moves are fairly easy to dodge and he doesn't move a loy but that fucking powder that decreases my hp is annoying. It's like having a deadly poison status the whole hunt.
