I usually give in and spend tickets on a budget on things I like.
For example, Im fine with saving 100 tickets till Raikou since I will also have +800 quartz by the time she gets here, so I created a budget table of how many I will spend and on which gacha
So far from tickets I have gotten Waver, 3 Kaleidos, 2030, several gold servants, Black Grails, etc
Of course if I had projected to spend for example, 10 tickets on Nero and I got her on 9 tickets, I stop and those 9 tickets I might rethink on which other gacha I will use them
So far this has worked pretty well for me
