Just play around with it until you think you hit a wall then look it up. It's not as bad as Kagetsu Tohya, but there's probably a couple you'll miss. There's absolutely no reason to do a "second playthrough" however

I don't know what kind of autism would lead to people not having apples. I started blowing em up for the hell of it. Like I used a few apples on christmas and got bored of grinding and quit.
Enkidu has anti-Divine stun on his NP, but he really isn't an anti-Divine Servant. Scat is a one-pump-chump, while Enkidu is a solid stalling Servant who is absolutely amazing in Challenge Quests. They don't overlap at all.
