i never understood the horde favoritism claim. whenever i level a character i notice its always far more pleasant for alliance, they have way better areas and quests

here is what i want to see although it will never happen: sylvanas and her forsaken being the main antagonist of an expansion. and then the undead who DON'T want to follow her form their own faction. at this point the forsaken just feel so evil that its hard to see them being a part of the horde anymore. And I would like to see more "good undead" that turn away from sylvanas

So, anyone else who has boosted, what should I be doing right away? I have no weapon skins unlocked, not all my followers, only one weapon, etc.
Should I just focus on the class hall shit? What do I do in the meantime while the required follower missions are going?
Do I legit just go do all the Legion areas for the tear and the shield and shift for weapon skins?
Should I just go do the broken isle/Argus?
I just want be caught up to a normal person who leveled correctly I think.
Dranei have the worst walking animation of any race so its impossible for me to play as them. It's horrendous.
I love how one of the best memories I have of WoW is doing all that hard work for the paladin mount and finally getting it.

What professions should I be taking to make money? I'm just leveling a warlock right now, and I'll level more later. I was thinking Tailoring so I can just make bags and shit for the time being, but I don't have any other ideas.
