If you have spare BK bonfire and steady stance will make her good vs phys
On the other hand, Fury doesn't do her much good since it's just costing her HP for 3 whole damage, the 3 soak means little when she loses 6 HP and doesn't benefit from the speed.
You could consider Armored Blow too really, but I think Fury is a waste here since she's not really getting the best use out of it.

If you stick with Fury then going with Vantage is your best best, she can one shot some green mages and archers if her attack is boosted through one of the 3 available Atk+6 options for her(Dark Aura, Atk Tactic, Hone Dragons). Fierce Stance also goes well with Vantage builds.

Hinoka is okay, but she's really nothing special without refining her new weapon or having a boon in Atk/Def/Spd. Yes I said Defense, that's a +4 boon and puts her up to Catria's level, another blue lance who can put in a lot of work on most teams even with lower attack than either of those other two.

Take for example. Without Fury he would be 54/36/39/23.
54 atk is decent
36 speed is good for preventing doubles from other middling speed units, but good luck getting doubles
34 defense is notably average
20 Res is useless

I never use him since he just feels too weak. He's got a pretty decent attack spread (31/34/37, mine's neutral attack) and Fire Boost for the +6 Attack, but the 8mt of the Brave Sword just seems to hold him back. I never use mine because the few times I've brought him out he just doesn't do enough damage compared to someone like Brave Roy.
I mean, he's obviously way better than Cain but something just feels.. off?
