her third skill does lots of damage and petrify is really useful with decent grid and team, you should be able to ougi on turn 3 and then use her 3 and 1 on turn 4 also 2 lets you cap defence down with mist so you can bring some other useful skill instead of armor break

Why do you want summer sieg then? In terms of raw performance, magna wind will edge out 1 murg water. The strength in Varuna isn't the dps (unless you actually have 5-7 whale weapons), it's the safety.
