It should run fine on PC. I think Rockstar offers both GTA 1 and 2 on their website for free. If the PC port of Saints Row 2 wasn't terrible, I'd recommend it too.

Pyro, heavy fighter as I said earlier, use non homing rockets to hit ground. I've never used the chernobog at aircraft, and I've never been shot at by one, so I cannot answer the R2K question, although the 1km lock on range implies that it should have more than enough range to harass someone. It shoots 5 missiles, which means one will pen an enemies flares.

Gentlemen of the Row fixes most of the scripting errors and other random bugs in the game itself as well as adding a shitload of content. The engine has timing problems on Windows XP, 7, and 10 which you need a 3.2GHz(? It was rhe frequency of the 360 CPU you needed to match) locked CPU frequency or a second mod, SR2 Powertools, to fix. Powertools has an autodetect mode but it doesn't always work, using the race stopwatch test is more reliable if far more time consuming. It used to all be on the Steam forums but VALVe purged them, the cunts. I don't know if it got reuploaded to communities or whatever the hell they replaced it with.

the chernobog missiles are no joke, it fires 5 missiles that almost hit you, and the missiles reload fast enough that by the time you're done dodging all 5 it's ready to fire again, thing is though that it can only tilt up to a 45 degree angle and takes one explosion to destroy, so if you aren't retarded they aren't much of a problem

Oppressor is a good jetshitter counter. 20 rapid fire rockets should be enough, and the bike itself is small and maneuverable enough to avoid rockets and cannons. Even if they kill you, they're out 20k and you can very easily spawn another one of you're an MC president.

Assuming you're talking about body armor for your character, it depends. In freeroam, it's a meme, since you'll be dying too often for it to be worth using. But in heists, it's extremely useful since dying is much more of a setback and you'll be dealing with bullshit aimbot NPCs.
