I am just weirded out that maybe this is the reason why it won't run Kingdom Come at solid 60fps (unless low), when the benchmark on youtube should show a 60fps on high for the 1060.
I am thinking, am I fucking something up, like not having a firmware update on the gpu or what could cause this beyond trash difference?
Mind you, I haven't really noticed anything in other games since it's usually at 60fps and I don't play em maxed either way (le ultra settings scam). But maybe I am missing performance there too.

CPU is not bottle-necking shit and my GPU is at 99-100%. This i3 is 4 cores-4 threads, not like the past i3s. 2nd, I got this one because it's a very good value for your buck and this allows me to upgrade to an i5-i7 of this generation pretty easily, without changing mobo.
If you bothered to check the pic, it says that the GPU is performing underwhelming and I was asking to see if maybe there's something fucked with that instead and you folk know a fix or some shit.
