When is a fire emblem game going to have a presence like the black knight again? The Black Knight was definitely a pretty poorly written character all told, but what made him great was his unshakable presence every time he was around, and how much of an actual threat he was built up to be with the skill and stats to back it up

It just didn't change much in the lower arena teirs because nobody could actually access panic ploy. By the time it was a seal, it had stopped being relevant.
