Maybe they did it for general weapon balance since rifles had the best options available for barrels, muzzles, underbarrel launchers, foregrips, stocks etc. While the likes of shotguns had maybe a stock change and suppressor at best. Still it wouldn't hurt to just port all that content over, mix and match a few weapon types and throw them into the mix. Least it would give some variety to the shotgun, revolver, pistol and rifles we get now.

Which means either other teammates like leaders give a morale boost, music/shrubs or maybe abundance of shared resources actually matters.

the throwing efficiency thing means you can toss c4, have it proc the efficiency thing, then pick up the one you tossed, meaning you can gain infinite c4

I wouldn't call that a glitch since it works the same for guns and arrows. Means that you could go into a round with 20 arrows and come out with a full stock because regenerating ammo. Its pretty much the go to perk to have on all chest pieces. Nothing else compares to it.
