Yesterday, in the Haloruns community, we successfully figured out how to skip both hangars the the classic version of Halo 2. As a result, these two MAC cannons were both saved.
I played the 3 Throwback playlist recently and learned that a few people who are vocal about 3 being bad did not know the maps at all.

Spartans need to have a weapon that's like the Bolter for space marines. I was thinking something along the lines of the Halo CE pistol in terms of range and power but fully automatic unzoomed gameplay wise.
In many ways I think Spartans should be separated as a independent faction like UNSC, Covenant, ONI, Promethiums, Flood. Give them Spartan only tanks, walkers and bikes.
The pistol in Halo 1 isn't automatic. If you hold down the trigger you won't get continuous fire unless you modded the pistol or running some custom map/weapons
