I always assume it's Ginger, because it's the build that makes the best use out of SahaIsra, and there's no reason why you wouldn't want to have an instant win button if you're playing a top heavy deck. Mid Neutral Rune, with Alice and Mutabolt, mostly died with the Falise nerf, and even more so with the Alice nerf.

Yes, and no. Killing DShift is great, but you still got Roach, Elephant, Dread Sea, Nep, Aegis, etc which have some Storm bullshit or almost impossible to counter bullshit that prevents Control from being played.

That's a 3 card combo that only works going second, and you need to either drop Jeno or run a lot of 4 drops. There is also barely anything else worth cost reducing in Rotation. I don't think it's worth it.
