No CaC unless you can provide a 1000 word-minimum essay explaining why your card would be good for both the current OCG and TCG metas, is more creative than all the archetypes in the game, would not powercreep Card Shuffle, and has at least 5 citations in MLA format. Go to /dIg/ for Duel Links discussion.
I blame world chalice, guess I won't be playing quantums for a while
Thomas Sanders
Those ratios seem kinda strange, why one random copy of desires?
Chase Baker
What the fuck is this holocaust >scapegoat >1 reactor >3 golem >3 box >bulb >1 fucking desires >1 fucking POWER BOND This hurts to look at
Jaxson Price
>Ancient Gears MAD respect. I am considering a third deck and this is definitely one on the list of potential candidates. Have you considered using Prisma/AHL for Fusion plays?
Also I really want to build Invoked SOMETHING but all the possible hybrids bore me thus far. Invoked Brandish sounded cool on paper but it looks like just another handtrap.dek in practice. Plus Brandishfags are cancer.
>Skull dread is 60+ now OOF I bought it for $40 at the sneak peek because me and the guy who had it agreed it was too high at $50 at the time and the price would stabilize to $40 over time.
It did drop to $40 for what it's worth, I got both of mine only a couple weeks ago. But for some reason RIGHT after he started to rise, slowly but surely. Now he's broken 60 and is showing no signs of stopping. Also FUCK that deck looks cool. Is it fun?
>60 card Cloudians But why
Alexander Morales
A flat chested girl told me to make it, so I did.
Mason Adams
He said pet decks not meta
Cooper Hernandez
I enjoy the deck when I use it. It bricks at times but it's world chalice so...
James Long
Are there any interesting things you can do with Monarchs as they are on the TCG banlist? Once we get their equip, is there a good way to use Isolde in the deck?
This, I bought kmc sleeves once and now I can't go back to using others
Benjamin Jackson
Short answer: it just work for me
Long answer: >why one random copy of desires? I like the card, but im not feeling it playing at 2-3 in AG
>scapegoat Saryuja fodder >1 reactor Reactor is more useful for me in the deck, and even with 1 copy he likes to be in my starting hands >3 golem I can't defend this one >3 box Compared to reactor dragon, at least this one can defend me from one attack, and they're still fodder for the fusions >bulb I hadn't play YGO a lot these days, but for now i like that extra material for link/synchro >1 fucking desires see above >1 fucking POWER BOND I was playing it at 2, but i decided to try overload fusion again. Maybe i should replace it again, but i got a overload fusion super in my OTS pack yesterday...
>Have you considered using Prisma/AHL for Fusion plays? I saw that combo in YT and i like it, but i prefer the build i did because reasons. Obviously i don't spect to win a lot with it, but i just simply love DEM gears...
>Vrains foreshadows millennium items making a comeback at the end of the season >Vrains actually has the Millennium Items used for AI >Vrains actually has Kaiba uploaded to a supercomputer like his dad >Vrains becomes more a direct sequel to DM than GX ever was
Eh, probably 70ish when all is said and done. Basically what Ash was at the height of stupidity. Probably less, people don't typically need 3 of the dude.
Hell it may even be less than Saryuja. Some decks want multiple copies of his ass, Needlefiber is typically ran at 1.
Please play 3 power bond, power bond plus wyvern is game 95% of the time, you are also playing an otk combo deck drop scapegoat and add more draw power
Jace Taylor
Man, the Kiba collection was a fucking joke. Did Konami barely print the set? I’ve been keeping my eyes open since release day, and I’ve only managed to find one copy on a GameStop.,
Ghost Ogre is no where near as strong as Ash or Maxx "C".
Zachary Taylor
Okay then what about Cherries and Droll?
Chase Cruz
Cherries is strong but isn't as versatile, same as Droll
Sebastian Butler
Speaking of ghost ogre Was ghost ogre expensive as ash where she was release?
Bentley Hernandez
are people in /dng/ this retarded?
Joseph Wright
Cherries is a side card and only hits meta decks really. It's perfectly fine.
Droll, while good, doesn't stop an initial play. Only following ones. It typically won't shut them down anywhere near as hard as Ash would. It's more comparable to "C", but "C" is still much much stronger.
Jack Myers
People thought Ghost Ogre was shit when it was released. I remember using her on Dueling Network and players pausing for a good five minutes to understand what she did. I'm pretty sure she was $5~$10 for a good year although I might be thinking of the OCG release. I remember Effect Veiler being $40 or so on release, and Veiler was absolutely a staple. But back then, being a money card meant $150+ and even petdeck tech choices that no one ran pushed $20, so Veiler was nothing like Ash.
Justin Lee
i tried to host games, but no one ever joined so i gave up i still play games against randoms on percy with meme decks tho
Parker Russell
reached $90 but her price slowly went up, she was at $60 first then once the first reprint came as gold/super/megatin tanked her price because players figured she wasn't a response to everything.
Jacob Sanchez
It was 15 burgers for ultra and 20 for ultimate. DREV was heavily underrated before the YCSs came along. Before the YCS, warning was 15, scrap dragon was 15. Duality was 40. After, warning was 45, scrap dragon and veiler was 30 and Duality turned into a 80 dollar card.
William Rivera
At one point Duality was $110. Man that was some crazy shit.
Jonathan James
Nigga what, Ogre sat at $60-80 for a long while because it denied Qli their search with Scout and destroyed Lose 1 Turn
Robert Davis
>Muh Maxx C Keep that roach at 0 for all i care, the card was always a go to 0 or stay at 3, nothing in between and the TCG said "to 0" so its fine by me because triple ash and triple ogre do as much, if not more because these two allowed me to say "No" to whatever my opponent did, they still had the choice of making a board through Maxx C or worse, if they're going second, Maxx C is completely useless because they can still take the challenge and murder you while all you do in the process is to pray to draw a handtrap in time before your opponent drops something that ghost ogre or ash blossom cannot kill.
Joshua Sanders
>roach which one? aren't the "C"s supposed to be a bunch of roaches in one monster
Luke Collins
>TCG said "to 0" so its fine by me because triple ash and triple ogre do as much, if not more 3 maxx C was at worst around $45 after that many reprints, 3 ogres are around that then add $120 for 3 ash. Also today handtraps aren't as fun as someone taking the maxx C challenge before.
