How do you typically respond to toxic enemies? Specifically ones that make fun of you for the hero you pick? I play skillrat, which I admit is more of a mental hero than a skill based hero. Usually I say "Albert Einstein: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. - Albert Einstein" Because typically if I'm carrying as Junkrat the other team just walks into the same choke and never tries something new.

I hate this. I just want to play support since I'm better at tracking positions and reacting to incoming threats properly than I am at raw aiming. But every time I play Moira or other supports it feels like complete luck of the draw whether I win or not, while if I play DPS I feel like I actually have an influence on the match. This didn't happen in low diamond. When can I go back to playing support?
