I know I'm no good at talking about this, but I'll try anyway. This is gonna sound harsh, but you just haven't found the right person to talk to, those who truly care about you will help you and those who don't, you're better off without them. Cutting these toxic people from my life has helped me before, it should help you too.

Don't cut everyone off before giving them a chance. You will not be alone as long as you don't give up on people. Yes, some of them may betray your expectations and will let you down, but you need to find those who understand and wish you well. If they're not among the people you know today, then someone you meet tomorrow may just be that one friend you need. It's cliché, but it's the truth, you can't give up on yourself.
