VR is the only 'expensive' thing aside from computer components that I've bought in years that I actually use. Unironically, it has actually given me a reason to live and helped me immensely in working through some long persisting personal problems that I couldn't find a way to tackle in real life, though, it certainly made my life worse temporarily while I worked through it. Your onboard controller needs to be rennesas or intel. Mine shows up as Intel USB Controller 3.0 in device manager but it still wouldn't work. There's some Kinect configuration versifier tool you can try running if everything shows up green in there you should be good to go
Check Windows Update or look for that Kinect KB update maniually theres a driver update that might fix the issue you're having?
It's probably because my usb is almost overloaded without kinect. Almost all my ports are usb 3.0. It's fucking gay.
Nah, I wouldn't go that far. I just like supporting people like that, sticking with them till they're all fixed up, then slowly waning them off me. I get to feel like I matter for a year or two, they become more confident. Everybody wins.
