SP is pretty important, so I'd suggest using your old character if it's reasonably possible. That said, SP is not a requirement to join All-Out. Join the ingame channel Doomed from the start if you want to ask someone. Although at the moment, everyone is asleep/at work, so I'm not sure who's awake.

Fucking wagies are why this game is shit. Gotta have dumb, long train timers so the wagies can make progress without logging in. Gotta have long structure timers so the wagies have a chance to log in on the weekend and halt all content until then. Gotta have entosis shit so the wagies can have a chance to sov only when they are available. Gotta have long jump fatigue because the wagies only play on the weekend and have to cater to them.
