Her R has shorter range than Q and W. If she gets close enough to you to ulti you and you are at low enough life to be comboshotted, that sucks, but your team should be able to collapse on her shortly hereafter.
There's also a couple of things your support should be able to do to keep you alive, like a clutch heal or cleanse.
