Did the parents divorce the second they realized they needed a divorce or did their relationship limp along for years before they did it? The latter usually leads to disaster.

My parents stayed together for 13 years. In the final two years, my Mom was rarely around because she was off cheating with another man but made up a story about getting a promotion and being on conferences all the time. Whenever they were both at home it was just non-stop arguing and violence. The hostilities continued for about 6 years after the divorce. They were both violent and mentally abusive towards me. Both are clearly very mentally troubled but I didn't understand that until adulthood.

How do I fix the SteamVR bug where your FPS drops to like nothing sometimes after you take your headset and put it back on? Someone said opening the steamvr menu and closing it fixes it but that does nothing for me.
