Does the Church know of the forms of the Sept-Terrions, or just where they are? Kevin didn't seem to exactly know what Weissman's staff was when Campy took it, but Thomas makes a cheeky reference to the Azure Tree being the Sept-Terrion of Zero when that's something you'd expect the Church not to really know, since it was artificially created.
Do these two interact again in CS3 or was their team up a one time deal? I loved their interactions in CS2. Mcburn hanging out in the background instead of jumping with Duvalie had me laughing.
He'll probably get some inspirational speech from Rean that will make him change his ways and he'll become a good guy

Right before Hamel, yes. Osborne's home is raided, wife killed, Rean's shot in the heart. Osborne saves Rean and leaves him in Teo's care. Then the War starts.

Considering it was winter when he met with Teo again, Osborne had to travel quite a ways into the mountains near Ymir through snow. A trip south would be longer but not quite as perilous. He'd possibly be able to reach Liberl, though not as quickly as he reached Ymir.
