Start with 3 cards, draw one for 10 turns, and another if you're going 2nd. So you have at best 7 cards left in your deck if you you want to play this without milling yourself. Now get to turn 10 with this card spellboosted 20 times without drawing more than 7 cards. It's not an OTK.

That could easily be fixed by making it so it draws cards after doing damage instead of before. I don't think it's good either since it's literally one turn slower Chimera but it's not less viable than it because of the problems you highlighted at the end of the post since all those problems are shared by Giant Chimera.

Anyone has kept a record of their pack pulls? I'm seeing a trend where leaders show on a higher rate if you buy the packs at least 4 at a time. I would like a higher sample number. Maybe there's some anti-bad luck algorithm in place but it resets after a certain event.

Morton sees no play because he gains zero stats on evolve despite having a very strong evolve effect. Random bounce is already pretty useless by itself so Tart Man is pretty much dead on arrival.
Morton's effect is pretty weak considering it only works for 2pp followers. At best you gonna steal snow white, carrot or yurius. Most of the time you won't have anything worth stealing. Tart can cuck bnb, jorm, atomy and any other single strong follower
