No, she is in the gacha though, so you might have rolled her. About the smuggest of the tutorial characters are Zeta and Lady Grey and the latter isn't really overconfident.

If you have nothing else, yeah, especially for Dark. Wind's grid can survive without it and it's so easily replacable by Xeno, which are reran, although Dark's was so recent it's probably better for you to have the stave in the meantime.
