I give up. I finally broke. BF1 is such a piece of shit, holy fuck. I'm fucking sick of 200ping BRs getting kills on me behind cover, matches being the same and extremely predictable thanks to shitty gimmick vehicles, maps being absolute trash and glorified hallways with varying degrees of width across all modes, operations being awfully designed shit, all weapons punishing you for being too aggressive, the bullet spread and the penalty for shooting while moving, headshots being completely worthless, actual handling of vehicles (esp. airplanes) feeling awful, like on the same tier as Battlefront starships, and the overall game being filled with unavoidable deaths not from being out of position, not from being outplayed, but just because some retarded scout managed to spot you as you were behind cover and that bomber that no attack planes managed to take out because everyone that takes planes as soon as they're available is fucking trash with them zones in on your ass. It's not even like I'm trash at the game, just trash enough to not be able to carry an entire 32 man team filled with 13yo shitters all playing scouts and getting overwhelmed in a disgusting fashion, to the point the entirety of the team gets spawntrapped as I and a few other players attempt hopelessly to capture advantageous points in vain.
So I redownloaded BF4, joined a random server and actually had fun for once. The gunplay for this game feels really fucking good, the variety of weapons (even worthless ones) is refreshing and the entire experience isn't as frustrating, classes are pretty flexible and aren't built to fit one single exact role and to be fucked most of the time in any other situation, not to mention individual skill shines more.

BF4 is just more fun. Giving every class the choice to run PDWs and shotguns was great. My standard loadout was Support with ammo, C4, smoke nades, and a PDW. Feared neither tank nor infantry.

Bodeo, Auto Revolver and Gasser are all good choices.
If bodeo is your favourite go with that.
I've done the 5 revolver kills in one life a couple times but I only have cheap tactics to get it.
1)Find a building, place tripwires and be a sniper camper.
Run some kind of grenade, maybe impact but going gasmask with gas is effective too since the hipfine on revolvers isn't too bad.
Maybe run gas or incedary tripwires since HE ones kill people now.
People will notice your ass and come running and just use the corners of the building to get them before they have too long to retaliate.
The tripwires and grenades will weaken them but you don't really need them if you don't want to.
2)If you want to be aggressive, find a map with tight sections.
Just force yourself to look around corners a lot.
As soon as people run through doors it can be too late for them to adjust to your shots.
Don't go for places with linear lines of sight and always go angled.
Kind of hard to explain advice but I hope it comes through.

my list don't care for statistically the best firearms.
neither do i care for 1v1. 1v4 minimum is life.
my BIG PLAYS list is about how many people the firearm is capable of killing in a single magazine, with as little downtime in between as possible, and as little risk as possible, ranked by their range.
1900 is for taking down one or two. A-10 can take down 6. fire and maneuver. that's why it's my pick. again i don't care for 1v1. that's children's play.

There were several times where he pulled back to reload WHICH IS EXACTLY why the A10 is picked over the 1900. A-10 would have just killed all those and be on the way. And, no, he wasn't IMMEDIATELY ready to shoot--if he were he wouldn't have 180 pulled back to reload.
If you have a hard on for the 1900 it's fine. It's just shit compared to the A-10.

Support with Nagant revolver (most accurate revolver available to support with furthest effective range) and gas grenades. Gas 'em, shoot one or two while they're putting on masks, then run the fuck away and hide with your ammo crate until your grenade replenishes. Repeat.
It isn't challenging as much as it is tedious but you only have to do it once so fuck it.
