I keep dreaming that I'm playing VRChat while thinking that I should be sleeping instead. I keep telling everyone I have to go because I have work in x hours but they don't want me to leave so soon. Best thing I've found is to just pose it into the shape you want it to take, save that as a shape key, and set the shape key to 100 on your base model in Unity. You can use dynamic bones to add gravity or Y downforce but if you have a reasonable number of bones it won't quite look right.
