I can say with 100% certainty that Groo would flip the fuck out and blame Haru. He then storms out and drops off the face of the earth for a few days. Haru is worried but knows it wouldn't be a huge loss if he never returns because she has more than enough money to take care of herself and a kid. Goro comes back after a week and is a little bit calmer. He vows to be a better father than Shido was to him. Only time will tell if this will be true.
