Even when they do for old games they are like this. There are 4 Lyns and 3 Ikes now. They go and give alts to Eirika and Ephraim who are guaranteed ones.

My take: the fodder on this banner is invaluable and in spite of being powercrept Hector's omni-breaker set still keeps him in the game. But new units coming out have been extremely good. Ask yourself: are you willing to forgo a potentially Grima-tier unit for this fodder/Hector?
