At first i completed Martina's Food Event.
And after that i was doing Thalgo's(Monkey) 3rd event and now i see Galtia.
Caloria Cricket has no food events at this moment. So also Kenshin and Kou
After that i was doing all Kenshin's Food events, Kesselring, Kou. I don't know if it matters.
Launea(Spider) and Samezan(Harpy) has only First Food Event.
I was about to do Caloria's 3rd event but instead he appeared.
I do not know if it will help.
Just in case i used Caloria and Kenshin at Galtia's Feast.

I also remembered one more thing — I still don't have Kaen's third event, and it for sure is not connected to Seizel or Yuki. On a slightly related note, I haven't gotten naked Yuki card either, and she has an event for it listed. But that might be just a bad random, since I only had her in two of the last 6 or 7 runs.
