Guys wait a sec Slash procs are flat damage based on the weapon's base damage that ignores armor, right? Does it mean a crit weapon with hunters munitions should equip viral damage for the -50% health instead of corrosive?

So the Dex weapons aren't any better than their other variants, right? They're just a seasonal source of mastery points? It's nice that they come tater'd (and with their own slots too) but I don't know if they're worth investing Forma into. Part of me feels obligated to keep them because they only come around once per year, but part of me wants to level them to 30 and scrap em so I can have room for better weapons. And it's not like keeping them will give me something to brag about either since I'm already a Founder
dex sybaris is better than regular sybaris but worse than sybaris prime. I think dex furis is better than afuris, but they're both crap so whatever. dex dakra doesn't have a regular variant, but is middling at best among dual swords.
So basically yeah, unless you're missing sybaris prime they're all just fodder.

Dex Furis is a status hose after the rework, but Akstiletto Prime has double its damage, for half its fire rate, as well as slightly more crit and status.
Right. While multishot is good, Toxin is a way better element to combine than Electric.

it depends on the weapon and how much damage it actually kicks out. On most high fire-rate weapons, including beams, the armor reduction from multiple corrosive procs will add up to faster kill times than simply halving the HP and letting slash do the work. The exception is things like snipers, or bows which deal massive amounts of damage and only really use munitions to finish off especially hard targets, in which case the reduced HP is exactly what you're after anyway, but this assumes that the status chance is reliable enough that simply doing more damage with corrsive vs. armor in the first place doesn't accomplish more.

Howl of the Kubrow unlocks nothing important and it can be a pain to complete for a new player. Focus on unlocking junctions and progressing down the starchart. Saya's vigil will be required for something important down the line, by the way.

Dex Sybaris is a good crit weapon, Dex Furis is good now that it shits out status, it's crit viable, and has nice ammo cap, Dex Dakra is meh right now, that might change if they rebalance the melee weapons.

Do Kuva Assault map. It doesn't say "before landing". First phase has a bunch spawn while defending the bomb, and 2 or 3 more spawn once you reach the cannon.
